Nordic Walking
Bedded in 109 3-thousanders and surrounded by 80 glaciers, 80 km of varied tracks are available to nordic walking friends. From flat paths meandering through the entire valley, to challenging steep tracks with fascinating views, Stubai has it all on offer. Beginners to professionals - here all sporting people get their moneys worth and not only keep the body fit, but also bring mind and soul into balance in this dreamlike mountainous surrounding of the Stubai Valley.
Mountain biking
The bike-arena of the Stubai Valley in the heart of Tirol, is the starting point of over 720 km mountainbike paths, for extreme bikers, sporty ambitious bikers or for those just out to enjoy. The mountainbike-route network in the glacier valley offers appropriate trails for every level and lies between 500 and 2.700 metres above sea level.
The necessary equipment can be hired nearby along with professional advice.
Paragleiten
The Stubai Valley from a birds eye view is an experience you'll never forget! The Stubai Valley is well known to gliders way passed its boundaries. Particularly paragliding-tandem flights are popular with beginners and make for an extraordinary holiday-highlight!

Summer toboggan run
Mega fun for all age groups at the summer toboggan run in Mieders! The 2,8 km run, with its 40 curves, imparts the breathtaking sensation, at a speed of max 42 km/h, of flying just above the ground.
